Black Lives Matter Claims they are "protesting" that black people are being murdered by white people. This is a complete fabrication, and given how easy the data is to locate, it's intentional. If black lives really nattered to them, they would focus on the where the killing actually happens. 

Race-Based Admissions Ensure More Mediocre Doctors

Just what the medical profession needs. Race-based admissions to ensure there will be more mediocre doctors in your future. Have poor test scores? You'll be rejected if you're white, but have a better then even chance if you're black.

There is an old adage that says that the more you have of something, the more you find fault with what you have.

For example in a society where hunger is a serious problem, people don't ask or care whether then food they have is organic or Non-GMO. If you're complaining about that, you're probably pretty well fed.

In a society where pollution is a real problem, people are focused on making sure basic water supplies are safe. If you're focused on "carbon footprints", your society probably is not producing all that much dangerous pollution.

When blacks were marching for civil rights in the 60s, they weren't spending their time talking about confederate statues or Aunt Jemina syrup. Today they are. That ells you something about the relative state of racism today was 50 years ago.

People like Jay Inslee  and Great Thuneberg scream that global warming is "unprecedented" and an "existential threat" to the planet. Just like the other periods of warming in the past? I guess the destruction of earth was just temporary in those cases. But be warned THIS time it will be different.

A new NBER study reveals the that “One in four low-wage workers face lifetime marginal net tax rates above 70 percent, effectively locking them into poverty.” 
By earning an extra $1,000, “one in four of our poorest households, regardless of age, make between two and three times as much for the government than they make for themselves.”

Social Security, for example, “has 2,728 primary rules governing the receipt of its 12 benefits, plus tens of thousands of secondary rules.” A person who earns an extra buck, they continue, might lose 22 cents from the earned-income tax credit, or forfeit thousands in Medicaid benefits, or face almost $800 in higher Medicare premiums, “and the list goes on.” 

Death is Seasonal

You are going to hear lots of politicians claim in coming months that declining deaths are due to the "success" of their various shutdown actions. What you probably won't hear is that there is an underlying seasonal trend to deaths. In other words, even if these shutdowns had zero effect, deaths would decline until fall. Once again the fallacy of post hoc ergo propter hoc is ignored.
