It's The Health Care Entitlements, Stupid!
Occam's Razor suggests looking for the simplest explanation as to why S&P and others are skeptical that the "debt deal" will do much of anything to get the US fiscal house in order. Just maybe they're looking at the following data from the Congressional Budget Office? More Obamacare, anyone?
